REFUND POLICY:
Refunds are only given with receipt or proof of purchase. All refunds given are at Twin Power Electronics, Inc. discretion.
SHIPPING POLICY:
Payment confirmation/credit card approval must precede shipment of product, unless otherwise approved by management.
Please be assured that your items will ship out as quickly as possible.
North Carolina residents will be charged sales tax.
WARRANTY:
Through Twin Power Electronics, scanners have a 1 year warranty. The headsets have a life-time warranty, as long as buyer owns the headset. Intercom systems have a 1 year warranty.
